Cunningham, Abdul-Saboor scrape together 18th place finish in Winterberg two-man bobsled World Cup

WINTERBERG, GERMANY (Dec. 9, 2017)- Nick Cunningham (Monterey, Calif.) and Hakeem Abdul-Saboor (Powhatan, Va.) clawed their way to an 18th place finish to lead the Americans in today’s two-man bobsled World Cup in Winterberg.

Meyers Taylor, Gibbs rally for silver in Winterberg women's bobsled World Cup

WINTERBERG, GERMANY (Dec. 9, 2017)- Two-time Olympic medalist Elana Meyers Taylor (Douglasville, Ga.) teamed with Lauren Gibbs (Los Angeles, Calif.) for the second time this season to claim the silver medal in this morning’s women’s bobsled World Cup in Winterberg. Meyers Taylor has medaled in every World Cup so far this season, earning two silver and two bronze medals.

Antoine finishes seventh in weather-shortened Winterberg men's skeleton World Cup

WINTERBERG, Germany (Dec. 8, 2017)- Matt Antoine (Prairie du Chien, Wisc.) was the top American in today’s men’s skeleton World Cup in Winterberg, which was shortened to one heat due to heavy snow. Antoine finished seventh, just 0.06 seconds from the top six.

USA Bobsled sweeps three races to dominate Park City North American Cup

PARK CITY, Utah (Dec. 1, 2017)- USA Bobsled athletes collected 15 medals in six North American Cup (NAC) races in Park City this week. The team swept the podium in both women’s bobsled races and one of the two-man competitions and earned two medals in the second two-man and each of the four-man races.

Blaser leads USA Skeleton with silver and bronze in Park City North American Cup

PARK CITY, Utah (Nov. 30, 2017)- Andrew Blaser (Meridian, Idaho) won his third and fourth consecutive North American Cup (NAC) medals in Park City this week to lead USA Skeleton on home ice. Blaser took bronze and silver, respectively, in the two races after earning two bronze medals in last week’s competitions in Whistler, Canada.
