REGISTRATION
Entries Process:
Entries Open - March 22, 2021
Entry Deadline - May 14, 2021
- All entries must be submitted via Team Manager file with Proof of time. The entry file will be posted at the bottom of this page. Please email the compete file to Jenny.Sternecker@usopc.org.
- There will be no late entries allowed. Any entry submitted after May 14 will be denied.
- Accreditation Registration must also be completed by May 14. All athletes, coaches, team staff (tappers, PCA, Assists) must be registered.
- All athletes must have a 2021 World Para Swimming License. All athletes must have a national classification with status NN, NR, NC or an international classification with a status of Review (R), R-Fixed Review Date or Confirmed (C) to be eligible for entry to the Trials.
Accreditation:
- Athletes, Coaches and Team Staff must complete the accreditation registration at the bottom of this page.
- Athlete 18+ must upload a copy of their completed SafeSport certificate. This certificate must not expire before June 20, 2021.
- Coaches must upload a copy of their USA Swimming membership card. The Safesport and Background Check must not expire before June 20, 2021.
- Team Staff must upload a copy of their SafeSport certificate. This certificate must not expire before June 20, 2021.
- Swimmers and team staff will be provided with an accreditation card for deck access.
- Team staff may include personal care attendants, team managers and/or chaperones.
- Accreditation must be displayed at all times.
- Lost accreditation will be replaced at a cost of $50.00 per accreditation.
- A maximum of one coach per swimmer is allowed on the deck.
- Deck access for additional coaches and/or Team Staff is at the discretion of meet management and must be a proven need (e.g. tappers, personal assistants).
Note:
The Deck Accreditation Card remains the property of U.S. Paralympics Swimming and can be withdrawn, with immediate effect, at U.S. Paralympics Swimming’s sole discretion. Please be advised that deck accreditations should not be provided to children, youth or adults that are not participants in the competition, either as an athlete, coach, support staff or volunteer/official. Insurance and risk management do not extend to non-supervised minors or individuals that are not part of the competition either as a participant, coach, support staff or event volunteer/official.
Fees:
- All swimmers will be charged a $100 USD fee to enter the meet, regardless of the number of events they choose to enter.
- All team staff (i.e. coaches, medical, managers, etc.) will be charged a $30 USD fee per credential.
- Athletes and staff may pay for their entry via VISA credit card or team invoice. (Invoices will be sent following the final entry deadline.)
