Paralympic Inspiration Award Captures Essence of Paralympic Triumph O.C. Tanner, the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) licensee that invited 2010 U.S. Olympians to honor their mentors by submitting nominations for the Inspiration Award, is offering the same program to the 2010 U.S. Paralympic Team. The Inspiration Award is a 14k gold commemorative ring which honors Olympic and Paralympic mentors. O.C. Tanner is now posting stories of inspiration written by Paralympic athletes and encouraging the public to vote for their favorites through the end of the Paralympic Winter Games.

Visa Sponsors Third Paralympic Hall of Fame Induction; Alpine Skier Chris Waddell First U.S. Paralympian to be Inducted Visa Inc. once again will be the presenting partner for the Paralympic Hall of Fame (PHF) induction ceremony to be held in Whistler, B.C., on Sunday, March 14, at 9:30 a.m. at the Paralympic Hospitality Centre in conjunction with the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games. The induction ceremony will feature the third group of Paralympic athletes to be inducted into the Paralympic Hall of Fame by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

O.C. Tanner and U.S. Olympic Committee Announce Inspiration Award Recipients U.S. Olympic Team ring licensee O.C. Tanner announced today the winners of the O.C. Tanner Inspiration Award, a 14k gold commemorative ring to honor Olympic mentors. Gold medalist bobsledder Curt Tomasevicz, skeleton athlete Noelle Pikus-Pace and snowboarder Nick Baumgartner will now have the opportunity to honor those who inspired them along their Olympic journey.
