Elite Athlete & USOPC Athlete Representative as defined by USAW Bylaws 5.1 (a)

The top vote getter will become the USOPC Athlete Representative. A second election from this pool of candidates will be held to select the second Elite Athlete Director. Candidates in the second election will be comprised of members of the opposite gender of the elected USOPC Athlete Representative.
National Team Athlete Director* as defined by USAW Bylaws 6.6.b.i

(This National Team Athlete Director will consider the Olympic Games, Pan American Games, Snr World Championships and Snr Pan American Championships in the last 10 years and may be of either gender):

This election will be the first of two to select National Team Athlete Directors. The top vote getter will earn the first National Team Athlete Director position. Candidates who win seats via the Elite Athlete Director elections will no longer be eligible to run for the National Athlete Director Position.
