Nomination Process Information (from Invitation Document attached)
NGB's are invited to submit nominations for potential candidates for the program. The following information should be submitted to the USOC by 1/21/19:
- Official application Form
- Coaches resume
- NGB supporting statement
- Personal Statement from the Coach as to why they should be accepted into the program
- Letters of Reference
- Updated competition schedule 2019 and 2020 (if possible)
