Kata Practice In Corona Time

On the initiative of the Kata Commission, the International Judo Federation (IJF) has launched a site on the practice of kata during lockdown.

The Kata@home project was launched on June 1^st by the IJF Kata Commission on the IJF website. The main goal of the project is to share how we can still practice kata in this period of lockdown and to share it with all judokas worldwide.
