ENTRY PACKET
General Information
Open to the following participants:
Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard or Retired from all Armed Services
Dependents of Military Personnel (17 years or older)
Civilian Personnel currently employed in Military Installations
Police Officers of any City or State Departments in the U.S.
Cadets at the Service Academies as well as in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC)
ALL ENTRIES: Must be recieved with Entry Fee of $75.00 by October 26, 2018
LATE ENTRIES AFTER October 26, 2018 -- $85.00
- Current IJF Rules will be enforced
- Competition format: Double Elimination with smaller division (5 competitors or less) compete in round-robin format
- All competitors must present a valid USA Judo card prior to competition
- Entry forms not received prior to October 26 or incomplete entry forms shall be deemed late and late fees will be applied
- If you want to compete in a second division, you must fill out a second entry form

- Walk up registration will be on Friday, November 16 from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., $85.00 per athlete

Registration & Check-In
All athletes, or a representative for the athlete, must check-in during the official check-in period. Any changes/corrections must be made during this time. If the athlete is not checked-in during this period, they will be removed from the draw and may result in them not competing in these championships. Check-in is required BEFORE going to the official weigh-ins
Check-in will be held in the Dallas Ballroom at the Marriott Dallas Las Colinas starting at 4 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m.
Walk up registration will be from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. with a cost of $85 per fighter.
Categories:
Male-Novice (under brown belt)
Male-Senior (brown and black belt)
Weights: 55kg, 60kg, 66kg, 73kg, 81kg, 90kg, 100kg and +100kg
Female-Novice (under brown belt)
Female-Senior (brown and black belt)
Weights: 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 70kg, 78kg and +78kg
For each weight division, the weight range will be over the next lower weight and up to and including the weight listed..
Example: 63kg - over 52kg and up to and including 63kg
Team Competition
The team competition will be based off of all points earned during the regular competition on Sunday.
Teams will consist of five male and one female. Team lists must be sent to SergeantMajor_of_Marines@hotmail.com by November 8, 2018.
Point system as follows:
- 1 - Point for GOLD
- 1/2 - Point for SILVER
Must have 3 or more competitors in the Division.
Two or fewer competitior - zero Points.
$30 per team will cover the cost of trophies. Trophies will be presented to the top three teams at the conclusion on Sunday.
