HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT GOING BACK TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS? HOW DO YOU HOPE TO IMPROVE?
This will be my first World Championships since 2013, due to injuries. I am VERY excited to give my best in preparation and fight day. I am looking to go deep this year.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SUPERSTITIONS THAT EFFECT THE WAY YOU PREPARE FOR A MATCH?
My superstitions or rituals before any match is a good stretch (so I feel flexible), a hard warm-up (ensuring a good sweat), and a positive self pep-talk.

WHO IS THE FIRST PERSON YOU CALL WHEN YOU WIN A MEDAL?
The first people I call when I medal is a conference call with my parents and girlfriend.
