National Futures Championship Comes to an End with U-19 Division

LANCASTER, Pa. – July 2, 2015 – The 2015 National Futures Championship came to an end with the U-19 Division wrapping up at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa.

Sponsored by Harrow Sports, the 10 day tournament drew 680 athletes to the field to showcase their skills in front of top collegiate coaches and selectors. The competitive fire was strong as invitations to Junior National Camp were up for grabs.

USA Field Hockey would like to thank and congratulate all athletes who participated in the National Futures Championship. An extended thank you goes to all coaches and umpires who helped make the event possible.

Barbara Longstreth Award for Sportsmanship: Rio De Janeiro coached by Carla Lane

Third Place: Sarajevo coached by Ken Dias

Second Place: Seoul coached by Sydney Van Der Mewre

First Place: Beijing coached by Joan Johnson
