Reginald Jagers celebrating his bronze medal victory at the men's discus final at the Pan American Games Lima 2019 on Aug. 6, 2019 in Lima, Peru.
Day 11 proved to be an impactful one for Team USA athletes. Reggie Jagers III and Keturah Orji started track and field competition off on the right foot, USA Softball continued to fly past its opponents in Lima, extending its undefeated run to three games straight, while U.S. Equestrian’s riders all-cleared in both team and individual jumping first-round qualifiers. Also, we are pretty confident that 2019 is going to go down in the books as the best year yet for foil fencers Lee Kiefer and Gerek Meinhardt.
The Pan American Games continue until Aug. 11, featuring over 600 Team USA athletes, with multiple sports up for qualification opportunities for the upcoming Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
Here are our favorite moments from Day 11 at the 18th Pan Ams.

Next, Orji secured a silver in the women's long jump. But this is only the beginning. There will be plenty of track and field events throughout the rest of the Games, so don't blink, or you just might miss it!

What Else Went On?
On Monday, Lee Kiefer won gold in foil fencing. On Tuesday, her fiance, Gerek Meinhardt also won gold in foil fencing. Then, we felt like we won gold because we got to see this photo. That's the definition of a win-win-win.
Wrestling competition begins tomorrow, and if you weren't already excited to see all of your favorite stars in action, this photo should help do the trick.
