Biles leads all-around standings at midpoint of 2016 P&G Championships Three-time U.S. and World all-around champion Simone Biles of Spring, Texas/World Champions Centre, leads the senior women’s all-around after the first of two days at the 2016 P&G Gymnastics Championships at the University of Saint Louis (Mo.) University’s Chaifetz Arena. Competition continues tomorrow with the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Men’s Gymnastics, which will determine the U.S. Olympic Men’s Gymnastics Team, at 7 p.m., and the junior men’s P&G Championships at 1 p.m. The women’s P&G Championships wrap up on Sunday, June 26. Tickets are still available for the two final days of the gymnastics showcase, which has a fan fest open to the public.

Mikulak leads all-around standings at midpoint of 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Men’s Gymnastics Sam Mikulak of Newport Coast, Calif./Team Hilton (U.S. Olympic Training Center), leads the all-around standings with a 272.150 total after the first of two days of competition at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Men’s Gymnastics at Saint Louis University’s Chaifetz Arena. Chris Brooks of Houston/Team Hilton (U.S. Olympic Training Center), is second in the standings at 269.025, and Jake Dalton of Sparks, Nev./Team Hilton (University of Oklahoma), is third at 267.325. The final day of men’s competition is Saturday, June 25, at 7 p.m. CT. Competition continues tomorrow with the P&G Women’s Championships with junior women starting at 1 p.m. CT. and the senior women at 7:30 p.m. CT.

USA’s best gymnasts head to St. Louis for U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Men’s Gymnastics, 2016 P&G Gymnastics Championships St. Louis, Mo., takes center stage in gymnastics’ Countdown to Rio with the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Men’s Gymnastics and the P&G Gymnastics Championships for women and junior men, June 23-26, at Saint Louis University’s Chaifetz Arena. A lot is on the line at Chaifetz Arena: five spots on the U.S. Olympic Men’s Gymnastics Team; berths to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Women’s Gymnastics in San Jose, Calif.; and U.S. titles and national teams for women’s and junior men’s gymnastics. Tickets are still available for the four-day gymnastics showcase, which has a four-day fan fest open to the public.
